At the Autism Caring Center, our mission is to create a world where acceptance leads to action, inclusion builds connection, and every voice is valued.
Now we’re taking that mission further through our Regional Ambassador Program, a network of local hubs bringing the heart of the Autism Caring Center.
What began as a single center in Oakdale has grown into a movement built on connection, compassion, and local impact. We know how isolating it can feel to make call after call, face judgment, and search for real help. The Autism Caring Center was created to fill those gaps with hands-on support, education, and a community that truly cares.
Each region is led by a parent, caregiver, or community professional who serves as an Ambassador — a trusted local voice who helps families find resources, host events, and build relationships. Ambassadors work with our leadership team to strengthen awareness, grow partnerships, and expand our mission.
Over time, these regional hubs will grow into full Autism Caring Centers where families can connect for education, support, and advocacy.
Our newest hub, led by Jen Zendek, brings the Autism Caring Center’s mission to northern Allegheny and Butler Counties. Families can find local events, meetups, and new ways to connect right in their community.
Where it all began. Our Oakdale Center has been a place of hope and connection for families across the Pittsburgh area.

We are partnering with Achieving True Self to provide amazing activities and chances for families to connect in 2025.
We’re now looking for a Westmoreland Ambassador to continue the mission with our events and education training.
